"move into safe exile": no! Exile is a country you flee to, because you can no longer live in your home country. The Royal family at no point considered going into exile, but there were discussions of going to live outside of London.
 
"On August 4th 2002, she celebrated her 100th birthday": No! She was born in 1900. One does not have to study maths to know that she became 100 in 2000.
 
"in the center of London as the first part of the Royal Family": as the first person ever from the Royal Family? German source claims: "als erstes Mitglied eines Königshauses überhaupt" and German Wikipedia version: "Vor ihr hatte in der fast tausendjährigen Geschichte der britischen Monarchie noch nie ein Mitglied der Königsfamilie dieses Alter erreicht".
