Small constituency (some would say a Rotten Borough), mostly peopled by one elector and a dachshound named Colin. Briefly in the centre of attention of Edmund Blackadder and S. Baldrick.

In the late 20th century, a great-great-great-grandchild of said Colin moved in with Daisy Steiner and Tim Bisley. Different story, different sitcom.
